Gateway East

This project opened winter of  2017.  It was created with tenants who wanted a more open apartment feeling and yet still needed some privacy.  The layout of these facilities are two person rooms with a six foot divider between each bed facility.  This facility houses 48 students.  This complex is another example of modernizing Southern Utah University's housing inventory and providing student solutions that fit today's students' needs.
